French Drain Service Area — Overland Park, KS
Overland Park is where we work. We're a drainage crew, not a franchise with a call center, so staying inside one part of Johnson County is what lets us get to a yard quickly and know what the soil is going to do when we dig.
Do you cover all of Overland Park?
Yes — the whole city, north to south. Overland Park runs a long way, and the drainage problems change as you go: older neighborhoods north of I-435 have mature trees and original grading to work around, while newer builds farther south tend to have tighter lots and cut-flat yards that hold water in the same spot every storm. Both are normal for us.
Wherever you are in the city, the first step is the same: we come look at the yard, figure out where the water is coming from, and tell you what it'll take to fix. That visit is free.
Do you work outside Overland Park?
Sometimes, yes. Overland Park is our primary service area and gets priority, but we take drainage work in neighboring Johnson County communities when the schedule allows:
- Shawnee
- Lenexa
- Olathe
- Prairie Village
- Leawood
If you're just outside that list, call anyway and ask — it depends on the drive and what else we have going that week. We'd rather tell you no than take a job we can't service well.
When can you come out?
We answer the phone Mon–Sat, 8am–6pm. Estimates get scheduled at a time you're home, since walking the yard together is most of the value — you know where the water shows up better than we can guess from the dry ground.
What we do once we're there: French drain installation in Overland Park, yard drainage, and landscape drainage.
In Overland Park with a wet yard?
