- Extending downspouts or correcting grade in one spot solves a real share of wet yards. Those jobs are smaller than a French drain, and we'd rather have the referral than the bigger invoice.
- We build it to keep working
- Filter fabric, washed stone, and an outlet that's genuinely lower than the drain. The systems that fail early skip one of those three, and skipping them is how a bid gets cheap.
- We leave the yard clean
- Spoil on tarps rather than your lawn, surface restored over the line, outlet marked so nobody hits it later.
- We answer the phone
- Mon–Sat, 8am–6pm — a real person, not a dispatch queue.
Why only Overland Park?
Because drainage is local in a way most trades aren't. The soil decides how the job goes, and Johnson County clay behaves a specific way — slow to absorb, quick to hold water, heavy to dig. Knowing what the ground does before we open it is worth more than covering a wider map.
